• Square booking and appointment data
• Square transaction and payment history
• Customer preferences and visit history
• Conversation logs and AI interaction history with Mylo
• Business settings and configuration data
• Mylo receptionist activity logs
• Customer segmentation data
• Google Reviews and responses
• Communication hub conversations, threads, and message metadata
• Audit logs of account and configuration actions
• Expense and revenue tracking data
• Todo and task data
• AI-generated insights and summaries

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information to provide, operate, and improve MythOS Pro; to sync and display communications across channels; to power the Mylo AI receptionist and insights; to process bookings and payments; to send transactional and product communications; to comply with law; and to protect our rights and users. We do not sell your personal information. We may use de-identified or aggregated data for analytics and product improvement.

4. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

We use the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy governing their use of data:

• LinkedIn — LinkedIn messaging and profile data

• Square — Payments and bookings
• Supabase — Database and authentication
• Anthropic (Claude API) — AI processing
• OpenClaw — Optional LLM agent (Mylo responses)
• n8n — Workflow automation and callbacks (when configured)
• X (Twitter) — X API for DMs (when connected)

We share data only as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., with these providers) or as required by law. We require appropriate contracts where applicable (e.g. data processing agreements).

5. Data Retention and Security

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, or resolve disputes. We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
